Row Distribution System
RAD (Row Alignment Device)
If the row is acceptable for automatic distribution, then is inhibited by the aligner device which
straightens the row and releases it synchronized to the distribution syslem.

RDD (Row Discharge Device)
lf the row is unacceptable far automatic distribution, then is discharged out of the line onto a transverse auxiliary conveyor, by means the retraction of the primary feeding conveyor.
RDS – DT (Oirect Transfer)
The rows are accelerated directly onto the stationary
transverse distribution conveyor.
RDS – IT (lndirect Transfer)
The rows are accelerated onto a holding station
and when requested by the system, are transferred
onto the stationary transverse distribution conveyor.
RDS – ST (Soft Transfer)
The rows are accelerated onto a holding station
and when requested by lhe system, are transferred
onto the stationary transverse distribution conveyor
which is mounted on a trolley that moves laterally
to allow a soft product transfer. lt is specially
designed for fragile, sticky or very long products.

RRD (Row Refeed Devlce)
The rows storaged can be refeeded automatically on the last packaging leg. The reefed sys1em is available in two versions according to the row rate and product characteristics and length.
RSD (Row Storage Device)
The rows not transferred can be sloraged on a conveyor located at the end of the line, after the last transfer station.
