In this edition, Synchropack will be present at booth 9 / D21, where we will share our expertise in flowpack packaging solutions, developed over the last three decades of experience. Synchropack’s expertise in the packaging industry
In this IBA exhibition Synchropack will present three pieces of equipment that have different functions in the packaging process: a rotary cookie transfer, a flowpack wrapper and an automatic feeding system.
You will be able to meet us at booth 9 / D21 to see how the equipment works:
- A rotary transfer that transfers and positions the cookies in stacks in a controlled manner to another conveyor belt with precision and synchronization. It has the capacity to work at the speed of 200ppm.
- An electronic flow pack wrapper Pack 900 RT for wrapping regular products (such as the most common foods in the confectionery and bakery industry) at medium and high outputs. Cantilever design, modular construction, flexibility and high performance, ease of use and format changeover, minimum maintenance and total electronic control are the main features of this wrapping machine model.
- An automatic feeding system SAF (Slug Automatic Feeder). The vertical feeder has been designed in a modular concept and allows configurations from a minimum of 4 channels up to a maximum of 16, depending on the number of rows of products arriving and the number of packs per minute to be packed.
Flowpack solutions for the bakery sector
We are specialized in the development of packaging projects for the food industry. We offer fully automated packaging solutions for a sector that intensively and increasingly requires flowpack packaging: cookies, toast, bread and other products. We have solutions that cover from the exit of the oven to the final wrapping, both primary and secondary (multipack).
In Synchropack we design, assemble and start up complete flowpack packaging lines. An example of this is this case study: a complete line for wrapping cookies in stacks of 2 to 4 units up to 400ppm.
The line consists of a vibration conveying system, an pile automatic feeder (PAF) and a Pack 900 RT flowpack wrapper.
Packaging solutions for the confectionery industry
We also offer customized solutions for various confectionery products, such as chocolate bars, cereal bars, candies, confectionery and pastries. This sector requires high speed equipment with a hygienic design that allows easy access for cleaning and good maintenance of the equipment.
We have also developed complete packaging projects in this sector. An example of this is this case study: a complete line for individual wrapping of chocolate bars at 500 ppm.
The line consists of a range distribution system (RDS) with double outfeed, two product rotation systems (RPS) and two high-speed synchronizers (HSS). In this way, the products arrive in an orderly and continuous way to two Pack 900 RT flow wrappers, the flowpack machines proposed by Synchropack for regular products and very high productions.
