Synchropack reaffirms its commitment to vocational training of future professionals by actively collaborating with several vocational training institutes. As a leading company in the flowpack packaging sector, Synchropack has signed agreements with several educational centers so that they can carry out their dual training program: combining studies with professional internships.
Collaboration agreement with Palau Ausit
Among the centers with which Synchropack collaborates, the Palau Ausit Institute stands out. Since it implemented the dual training system in its academic programs in 2014, around twenty students have been able to complement their studies with professional practice in the workshop at our headquarters in Barcelona. The students have studied degrees related to industrial automation and mechatronics, as well as electromechanical installations and maintenance.
The future professionals can gain direct experience in the flowpack packaging machinery sector. This is an industry in constant evolution and with a high demand for specialized technical profiles. The incorporation of students from Palau Ausit during its dual training program highlights Synchropack’s commitment to train and develop young talents in the packaging industry.
Synchropack gets involved in vocational training
This partnership, which aims to give students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real and dynamic environment, benefits both the future professionals and Synchropack. The students gain experience that complements their studies, and the company has young people trained in the latest technologies. In addition, these internships give students a real insight into the expectations and the level of demand in the labor market.
At Synchropack, we firmly believe that collaboration between industry and education is fundamental to progress and innovation in the packaging sector. By offering students this opportunity, we hope to contribute to the development of a new generation of qualified professionals. At the same time, we strengthen our commitment to the future of the sector.
