HSS 1 and HSS 2: Complete line for wrapping rice cakes in piles of two units at 200ppm. The line consists of: an RDS (range distribution system), a vertical buffer, an HSS (high speed synchronizer), a DPS (dynamic pile system) and a Pack 9000 RT flow wrapper.

HSS 2: Complete line for wrapping rice cakes in stacks of two units at 200ppm. The line consists of: an RDS (range distribution system), a vertical buffer, an HSS (high speed synchronizer), a DPS (dynamic pile system) and a Pack 9000 RT wrapper.

PAF 1: Complete line for secondary wrapping of chocolate bars in piles of 2 to 10 units. The line is composed of an PAF (pile automatic feeder) and a 60 LTS flow wrapper.

PAF 2: Complete line for wrapping biscuits in piles of 2 to 4 units up to 400ppm. The line is composed of: a vibration conveying system, an PAF (pile automatic feeder) and a Pack 900 RT flow wrapper.

POS 1 and POS 2: Complete line for individual wrapping of chocolate chip cookies at 350ppm. The line is composed of: a production diverting system, a POS (product orientation system), a HSS (high speed synchronizer) and a Pack 900 RT flow wrapper.

RDS 1: Complete line for individual wrapping of chocolate bars at 500ppm. The line is composed of: one RDS (range distribution system) with double exit, 2 RPS (product rotation system), 2 HSS (high speed synchronizer) and 2 Pack 900 RT.

RDS 2: Complete line for chocolate wrapping at 250ppm. The line is composed of one RDS (range distribution system) with double exit, 2 RPS (product rotation system), 2 HSS (high speed synchronizer) and 2 Pack 900 RT.

SAF 1 and SAF 2: Complete line for wrapping cookies on edge, in groups of 30 units at 80ppm. The line is composed of a cookie distribution and stacking system, a double SAF (slug automatic feeder), a STT (transfer of edged cookies with tracking) and a Pack 900 RT BOE flow wrapper.

SAF 3: Complete line for wrapping frozen hamburgers in groups of 100 units at 20ppm. A POS (product orientation system), a SAF (slug automatic feeder) and a special flow wrapping machine.
