The Horizontal Loading and Feeding Unit, located after the feeding and accumulation line, automatically creates flat stacks of products such as biscuits, crackers, rusks, toast, etc. and transfers them in a synchronized manner to the conveyor of a flowpack wrapping machine. This system allows the number of products per stack to be regulated, from one to the maximum that allows its stability during the insertion phase in the conveyor. This feature allows any fluctuations in the thickness of the product to be compensated during production, without stopping the system. The horizontal loader has been designed with a modular concept, so it can be built in different configurations, depending on the required performance and the characteristics of the products to be handled.
Four-Axis horizontal electronical feeding unit
It is managed by four servomotors and allows maximum flexibility to compose doses with various configurations as well as allowing the height of the stacks to be regulated, even while the charger is operating. Machine operation is in two main stages, with the product groups first being assembled in an intermediate station, before being transferred into the infeed of the flowpack wrapping machine. The two-stage sequence gives gentle product handling and avoids any risk of damage to the product.
Two-Axis horizontal electronical feeding unit
This is the intermediate version of the Pile Automatic Feeders. It is managed by two servomotors and allows the height of the product pile to be adjusted, even while the charger is in operation.
The operating sequence, consisting of a single extraction and insertion phase into the flowpack wrapping machine chain, allows delicate products to be treated without risk of damaging them.
